Product Description
Q: Why can’t your watch receive message and call reminders?
A:1.Please ensure the permissions of App, messages, calls, etc. are allowed when you download the VeryFit app for the first time.
2.Allow the VeryFit app to send notifications: Open your phone settings–> Find “VeryFit” app–> Notifications–> Click “Allow Notifications”–> Tick Lock Screen/Notification Center/banners, and tick “Always(Default)” in Show Previews. *Note: Check whether the App’s messages appear in pop-up box of your mobile phone. If no, the watch will fail to receive messages. Make sure they are able to show up: Phone Settings–>Notifications> Find the app you need to get notification from–>Allow Notifications.
3.In the App: authorize the watch to receive messages. Do not enable the DND mode.
Q: Why does my contact show Unknown on my smartwatch when they call?
A: You need to add common contacts in the “Veryfit” app, and the import method is:
Device → Calls → Frequent contacts → Add→ Select the contact you want to add → Done
After setting up, incoming calls will display the contact name
Q: Is there a function to measure blood pressure and blood sugar?
A: No, but there is heart rate and oxygen monitoring.
How to test heart rate correctly?
1. The light-emitting position of the watch should be close to the skin (muscle) to ensure that there will not be a large position shift during exercise (slightly tighten the strap to achieve a comfortable tightness), if it is too loose during wearing Excessive tightness will affect the test results (to avoid light leakage, the position of the skin epidermis moves when light is reflected, etc.)
2. The light-emitting position of the watch should not be close to the protruding bones (radius and ulna) on the side of the wrist, otherwise the watch cannot correctly receive the red light reflected by blood vessels, which will affect the test results;
3. For a more accurate heart rate value, you can wear the watch on the arm position on the wrist
How does the smart watch connect to the phone?
1. when activating the watch for the first time, you need to connect the charging cable for charging to activate the watch;
2. Download VeryFit App, scan the QR code on the watch screen through the app or search IDW19 watch in the device of the app and click on pairing to connect to the watch
3. If you need to enable the Bluetooth calling function of the watch, find IDW19 BT in the Bluetooth of your phone and pair it.

This is great value for what you pay. I used to own an apple watch for about 6 years. To me this watch does everything I used to use my apple watch for. The battery life so far lasts about 3.5 – 4 days before I start charging it again. The quality is good and I get everything I need the watch for. My only complaint is I can’t seem to get my texts from my iphone. Only the messages I get from facebook messanger or texting apps that are compatible. If the watch only lasts me a year I can still buy 17 of these to 1 iwatch.

I’m so happy with my purchase!! Not only is the smart watch super sleek and nice, but it was super easy to set up and figure out how to connect it to my phone! You can also change and customize the front screen, they have a lot of different nice options. Looks exactly like the apple watch, I got lots of compliments! You just have to download an app and the rest is super easy. The heart rate and step count is very accurate, and I’m excited to try out the other features. Its so worth it for the price and it also keeps its charge super well. I charged it when I opened it and have been using it for 5 days straight and haven’t needed to charge it again yet!

This smartwatch has become my daily sidekick! It’s not just a watch; it’s a game-changer.The ability to take calls and read messages from my wrist is incredibly convenient, and the call quality is impressive. Having Alexa on board is like having a personal assistant; I can control my home devices and get the latest info with just a voice command.It’s a health tracker too, monitoring my heart rate, oxygen levels, and more. Plus, it keeps me active with reminders and helps me sleep better with detailed analysis.The customization options are fun, and the sports modes cover all my activities. Plus, it’s waterproof, so no worries during swims or rainy days.Battery life is great, and the warranty gives peace of mind. If you want a smartwatch that’s both stylish and packed with features, this is it! Highly recommended!

Almost perfect
When I first received this watch I was very skeptical. I have had my Fitbit versa 2 for 5 years now, but I wanted something I can use to talk and make phone calls etc. This watch offers new features my Fitbit does not so I said what the heck it’s worth the try for $30.Pros:* Calling: The calls sound very clear and loud on this watch. The other person on the line can also hear me loud and clear.*Heart Rate: So far the heart rate has been pretty accurate. It does a good job at keeping readings. It beeps when your heart rate is too low or too high. My heart rate when I sleep goes down to 47 sometimes and it dings when it does.* Sleep: It shows you how good of quality your sleep is and breaks it down for you in the app.* Stress: This one was something new for me. My Fitbit Versa 2 did not have this feature and I found it really cool. Now as for accuracy I have no clue. I have nothing to compare it too, but if it is. I find this feature very interesting.* App: I really enjoy this app. I also love that you don’t have to pay for any of the features and breakdown of the information it provides. Unlike Fitbit to get a specific breakdown of your vitals etc you have to pay for the premium service. I really appreciate that this app is free.*Notifications: I really like notifications on here. The one thing I feel like would be cool if it could show all notifications that come into my phone. Like I used my Fitbit to get notifications from my daughter’s Dexcom diabetes app to show me her blood sugar. That’s something I miss being able to see.Con’s:* Caller ID: The caller ID is a little iffy. Even if the number is saved on my phone in my contacts, sometimes it doesn’t show up with the persons name. It just says “unknown user”. I think this is something that has room for improving. It would be cool for it to work more seamless when it comes to caller ID. I feel like it’s a glitch cuz sometimes the caller ID does show up.* Disconnects: Sometimes, many times, the app disconnects from the phone and you cannot even use the find my phone feature cuz it looses the connection.*Band: The watch band is terrible. It made me get a rash and it is very irritating. I had to buy a new one.All in all this watch is great for simple things like checking your heart rate and steps and answering phone calls if need be. For $30 it is a great deal.

Tattoo friendly, so easy to use, great value. I truly LOVE this watch!
I’ve spent hundreds of dollars looking for a watch/fitness tracker that can read my heart rate over my tattoo. I’ve tried Garmin, Fitbit, and Fossil and none work. I borrowed my husband’s Apple Watch and found that did work, but as I am decidedly NOT an Apple fan that one isn’t a real option for me either. This watch worked, reading over my tattoo with no issues, and everything was so easy to use right out of the box.There are so many things to love about this watch, with only one flaw -Pros:- reads over tattoos without issue, multiple colors present in tattoo cause no issues- easy to use- comfortable- long battery life- quick charge- great price- attractive- seamless connectivity to my phone for my messages and alerts- fairly reliable sleep tracker (a nice to have, but not necessary in my world)Con is the app:- uses the VeryFit app which only has a interface with Alexa, but does not interface with any other apps (like MyFitness Pal for example. This isn’t a huge con, but it is a drawback from the other devices I have used).- the VeryFit app is a bit buggy, with the notification always present on the notification bar of my phone, which is annoying, and that notification cannot be clicked on to open the app, I have to open the app through the app icon itself.

Great smartwatch for less
I’d been looking for a smartwatch that would allow me to make calls, do the health tracking and that wasn’t beyond my budget. I can’t justify purchasing a $300+ watch when my cellphone is the exact same price 🤷🏾♀️. When I saw this one, after reading the reviews I purchased it. It was easy to setup. I was able to connect it to my Alexa and receiving calls has been great. I wish I could change the sound of the notifications but other than that I love it. Now my 14 year old wants one, and for this price she’ll definitely be getting one for Christmas.

Works for what I wanted
I got this watch specifically for the step-count and heart rate monitoring, which it does well – along with a bunch of other stuff!The only two issues that I have are:- Sometimes the charger doesn’t work. Either it has a hard time connecting right away for some reason, or it connects but then doesn’t charge.- The app tries to do too much with features that aren’t entirely built out. While this is more a critique of the app as opposed to the watch, it is the only app that syncs with the watch directly.
