Great quality and helps immensely to relieve pain while working. However it does slide on wood so had to put fabric underneath. Good price though and would recommend 👌

It’s a great alternative to any DIY footrests I’ve tried: I used tables, chairs, boxes, steps etc.Sometimes I like to drop my chair at a low level kick back and watch a movie, and raise my legs to chill. This surface is very hard. My legs are heavy (I’m ~250lb, and my body shape is legs-heavy) the bumps start hurting at some point in that “relaxed” low-bottom-high-legs position — call it kickback position. It’s fine when I’m sitting at a normal sitting position.Construction seems solid, I’m confident that it can last a long time. I trust this footrest to hold my legs for years to come.It is NOT an ergonomic footrest. I sit on a Herman Miller chair and the contrast in comfort between my bottom and my feet is a bit annoying (especially in the kickback position), I would humorously claim that I’d rather sit on a less comfortable chair to make the experience more homogeneous. It is very easy to collapse and raise, and quite fun to do so. The context switching cost is low, and it is easy to put away and save space.$50 is too much. Honestly, I feel like there’s a very big markup, but it’s 2020 in Canada so that may be justified. The possible positions in which I can place my feet is endless. I can let my legs relax, knees almost straight, relaxed as I’m sitting on a hill, they won’t slip (bare feet, no socks). I can have a productive position, or I can just rest my calves on it. It’s easy to move aroun0d and not get stuck in 1 position. The surface is hard plastic and very easy to clean unlike rubber that will accumulate bacteria. If you have heavy legs, and don’t like to move around, the little bumps may get uncomfortable. If you’re the time of person who moves around a lot, then I don’t think it’s a problem. This is just not in the same league as the big boys, such as Herman miller. It’s a brilliant affordable alternative, however and would not hesitate buying it again.I would be careful using this with an office chair without wheel locks, since you may get pushed back easily if you like to push againstthe footrest. The rubber under the footrest is good enough to keep it from slipping, it probably needs occasional cleaning since dust will render the rubber useless. It’s light weight. When adjusting the height, it is clunky, but that’s to be expected at this price tag.The movementof the surface, however feels quite natural and pleasant when my legs are on it.I suspect it’ll need some maintenance over time, not sure how long it’d take before it’s required. Perhaps lubrication and cleaning of the hinges. It’ll depend on your household level of dust and pet fur. But the surface should protect the mechanics from FALLING dust.

Relieves back stress. Wish it came in grey. Love it!

Hard to describe but the product comes in essentially two pieces that can be dethatched and levered up to get a higher angle setting. The base of the product is therefore attached with these rubber circle things and connect the base to the foot platform. These rubber things broke down very quickly and both fell off and got lost while the remaining ones I have are just crap that barely keeps it together and I’ve fought with it for years to stay up. I’ll give it 3 stars cause I guess I still use it years later but pretty much just as a pile of junk to put my feet on which is fair enough for my needs I suppose. I’d just buy something else next time.

Bought it for my wifes office and she loves it.Adjusts at the right height and inclines just enough for her.No wonder its amazon’s choice

I had some knee problems due to my chairs at home not being adjustable. Bought this to rest my feet, it works Plastic doesn’t seem like the best grade but you get what you paid for.

We like these so much that we have purchased a few over time. Great product.

I wish I could make sense of the positive reviews on this product. It never once held in place. It only ever collapsed on me; scaring myself and my dog when it collapsed. It was only ever floppy, not sturdy in any way and 2 weeks in, plastic around the bolts broke and rendered it entirely useless. Will not buy again. Will not suggest to friends.

Helps my swollen ankles
I have a sit-down job and I’ve been trying to find an under the desk foot unit that would help with slight movement but the movement not be so obnoxious underneath my desk. I’ve tried a couple of different things and I’ve been very disappointed. This was almost the Last Straw and I absolutely love this foot unit! I love the variation of heights so it depends on how you want your feet to sit on the unit underneath your desk and then I absolutely love that you can move your feet back and forth on it underneath your desk without it moving your whole body which is what I’m used to movable units underneath the desk to do, it’s just enough. I have horrible issues with circulation and on occasion I’ve been known to have swollen ankles from just having my feet stationary on a foot unit, what I like about this one is that I can move my feet back and forth to where I’m gaining some circulation in my ankles so they are less likely to swell so it provides a little bit of circulatory support for my ankles this is a must-have I’ve also used this unit without shoes on, I had socks on and it feels really good to the bottom of your feet because of the shape on the top of the unit it’s almost massaging. I would definitely recommend this to anybody!

Problem solved!
I was getting numbness in my hands and arms because my computer desk is too high. To reach it correctly I have to raise my home office chair up to the highest level but then my feet are dangling and it cuts my circulation for my lower legs and feet. This device put my feet at the right level, it is adjustable and I can rock it with my feet which limbers up my arthritic ankles. It’s just been great! Now I don’t have to get a new desk or chair which would have cost alot more and my hands and feet arms and legs are not numb and falling asleep.
