MODUS ULTRASONIC DOG TRAINING/ANTI BARKING DEVICE
When it comes to dog bark control, ultrasonic bark control devices are one of the most popular methods of getting a dog’s immediate attention when excessive barking is causing a problem – causing an instant disruption to the barking behavior.
This Modus ultrasonic bark control device is a handheld ultrasonic unit that is small and light enough to take on your walks, as well as using it around the home. Stop unwanted behaviours such as barking, digging, chewing and more. The Modus anti-barking device combines bark control and training functions, so it’s also ideal as a training tool for your own dog’s training as part of a positive reinforcement training program. This device is harmless to both humans and pets.
When using this product, it is best to build a bond with the dog first—feed the dog, comb its hair, play with them, etc. Try to establish a connection with the dog in the early stage. Obtain their trust, and then use the training device when the dog is displaying bad behaviour. Otherwise, the dog may ignore the owner for a few days, or even show hostility towards the owner and the ideal training effect will not be achieved. The sound waves have a very safe tone and have been tested time and time again by experienced professionals, vets, and law enforcement officers.
Note:
1. The product may not be effective on dogs with hearing problems.
2. The product should not be used for dogs under six months of age.
3. This device is not intended to provide protection against aggressive dogs.
4. Do not use the device against your ear for testing.
5. Different dogs may react to the ultrasonic sound differently.
6. For optimal results, please use the product as a training aid, positive reinforcement is ESSENTIAL!. Be patient during this training process.
If you are at a loss at what to do about your barking dogs, consider our Modus bark controlling device!

Love this device! Works like a charm. As soon as my pup sees it he runs away. Don’t even have to use it.

Totally useless it does not create a reaction in any way. My 2 dogs are not deaf but could care less about it.

I have 2 small dogs (Maltese and Griffon) they go crazy when in the back yard and my neighbours large dog is out. It worked amazing for my 2 small dogs. With just 2 clicks of the anti bark device, called out quiet, they stopped barking. They were a bit confused and startled, but this morning all 3 were out and my 2 smaller dogs were great.Does not work too well with my neighbours larger dog, but he seems less anxious and crazy. So far, I would call it a success! Also very easy to use, carry around.Next training session when someone knocks on the front door.

This device was amazing. I was sceptical at first but was soon proven wrong. We have a rescue dog than was a street dog from Iran. She is a lovely girl but was terribly reactive to any sound she heard! She could be sound asleep, hear a noise and fly off her bed barking like crazy. She was so loud and so worked up it was very hard to calm her down and get her to relax. We got the Bark Control and the first time she started to bark I pushed the button for about 1 second. She IMMEDIATELY STOPPED BARKING! I was able to call her over, have her sit at my feet and simply say “No Barking”. We used it maybe once or twice a day for the first couple days Now she doesn’t really bark any more – she will still go look out a window and then she comes and sits beside me.Finally, a peaceful home!

I found that this product works, but doesn’t work at the same time. I have a Sheltie (so of course, a breed known to be quite vocal). (We live in an apartment) so I find that it works well in our unit. When he goes to bark at the door, or at random sounds etc. I used it a few times (hiding it, so he doesn’t relate the product to the noise). He would quiet afterwards and I would say “quiet.” Didn’t take him long at all to understand… soon after I would say “quiet” and he’d stop barking. However, I find it doesn’t work when he is too jacked up on adrenaline. My dog freak out at other dogs, barks uncontrollably. I would use the product, but it will have zero effect on him.

Small, fits nicely in hand. Finding it hard to manipulate/operate with 1. a leash, 2. reward treats at the ready for compliance, as well as poop bags and house keys in pockets. (God didn’t give me enough hands apparently.)Regardless, on a short test walk, I was unimpressed. Seemingly, my 17-month old 75lb pup was able to ignore both my verbal command warning AND the subsequent noise in his ears! I had hoped, at the very least, for some degree of ‘beginner’s luck’ with this unit. Not realistic, I suppose.I will keep using it and hopefully be able to give more favourable rating than my current ‘fence-sitting review. UPDATE: After consistent use for 2 FULL DAYS/several walks, I can confidently RETURN this thing as USELESS! Button depressed as directed; little blue light activated; volume of the sound (which I as human could not hear AT ALL!) if there at all, had NO effect on my pup. Don’t know if it was a defective unit (did not appear so) or not, but the only thing that would happen over the two days of attempts, was that his ears would twitch SLIGHTLY.. period… the end! It’s going back promptly. I work too hard for my money to waste it on zero-effect training aids.Awarding ONE star for the good packaging.

So I have this adorable puppy (4 months old, Australian Shepherd Husky mix) I got less then a month ago he was quiet the first week and then bam non stop barking anytime I go into my kitchen to eat. I know he just wants out of his little area, but he isn’t fully potty trained yet and I don’t want him begging. So I needed something to stop the barking in the mean time. I was going insane having a new puppy and a toddler in the mornings. This thing has saved the day so far. He barks one time and I use this…. He instantly stops, I say “Rex quiet”… and Bam done. I reward him so he understands and hopefully learns. He is already getting the idea of what I mean now when I say Quiet. My goal is hopefully I don’t have to use this all the time but so far it is doing the job. Thank you!!!!!
